2008 continues the year in Taos, New Mexico. The artist and his family remain there until May. In the first months of the year they travel the remnant of Route 66. The series is made from it. It was the first major highway to cross the United States from east to west. Along it, cars broke down. Families settled where the cars stopped. The series is called Route 16. The number is the date of the brother’s death. The car is the body that carries the self from one point to another. The road is the route every human takes. Approximately twenty works are made. Flowers and horses continue for the exhibition scheduled in 2009.
The year is the second half of the time in the desert. The series continue.

El número es la fecha de la muerte del hermano. El coche es el cuerpo que lleva al ser de un punto a otro. La vía es la ruta que todo ser humano toma. Se realizan aproximadamente veinte obras.
